It’s quiet. Almost invisible. While the loud ones are busy making sure you notice them, the real work is happening out of sight. Plans getting scribbled on paper, late nights with no cameras on, small steps that don’t make sense until later.
I’ve started to see it clearer. While they’re posting, you’re preparing. While they’re talking, you’re building. While they’re refreshing for likes, you’re taking another step forward without asking anyone’s permission.
And that’s the difference. The biggest things grow in silence until one day they can’t be hidden anymore. By the time the world notices, it’s already too late to stop it.
